Director, Web Development

Responsibilities 

  • Prioritize and allocate resources and projects

  • Manage technical frameworks

  • Ensure quality control processes

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure projects are progressing on time and with high quality

  • Working with clients to produce and maintain creative designs using template-based websites

  • Helping diagnose and fix backend website errors that come up with client websites

  • Installing supplied code snippets and plugins on existing client websites

  • Designing intuitive website navigation for client websites

  • Using best practices in website design to maintain site appearance and usability

Experience 

  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in direct management of corporate websites, including ecommerce, use of KPIs and measuring sales data

  • Must be able to provide examples of ecommerce management experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Shopify implementations

  • Proven hands-on working knowledge of Shopify & Wordpress with experience in backend configuration, development, and testing.

  • Experience with HTML, PHP, CMS implementation, SEO/ SEM, Google Analytics, testing platforms such as Dynamic Yield and social media management

  • Ability to demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills required

Manager, Digital Content & Assets

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver quality web/graphic design for websites and management of apps

  • Collaborative work with programming, promotions, marketing and sales departments

  • Manage all video content and production

  • Develop, write and post textual, audio, audience engagement and video content for websites 

  • Create digital ads for social media platforms

Experience 

  • 3+ years of design experience

  • Proficient in Adobe CS Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Prior experience reporting/writing/repurposing content through media distribution channels

  • Must be experienced in all social networking sites, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

  • Experience in WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

  • Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and eager to learn.

Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop marketing analytics strategy for clients from  kickoff through implementation and performance reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media and Technology) to define measurable program goals and objectives

  • Provide solutions how to solve analytical and measurement challenges, including measurement plans outlining project objectives, tools, data sources, and reporting frequency

  • Work with one or more direct reports to implement measurement frameworks, generate performance reports, and provide analysis into and improvement recommendations for our clients marketing programs

  • Manage the overall quality assurance process to ensure high quality, on-time deliverables

Experience 

  • 8+ years agency or client-side experience in the measurement and analytics discipline, with at least 4 years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing client relationships and direct reports 

  • Demonstrate past experience in digital marketing, measurement, data analysis, and web optimization across channels (web, email, social, mobile, emerging media)

  • Deep understanding of and experience with website analytics packages, tag management, online ad serving systems, social listening platforms, BI platforms and related tools and services

  • Experience with cross-channel attribution solutions a plus

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers
